The Brunette Disc Scalping Screen is specifically designed to suit your capacity and classification specifications. The Disc Interface Opening (IFO) is arranged to be progressive allowing material to land on the infeed of the screen with minimal material passing through. As the material flows over the screen the IFO increases to meet your sizing requirement.
The Brunette Disc Scalping Screen is mounted at an angle to minimize material spearing through in the landing zone. The slope of the screen and the disc design gives a high flow rate as well as excellent material adjustation. The rugged main frame, oversize shafts and heavy duty bearings minimize maintenance and improves the performance of the Disc Scalping Screen
